Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULE:
A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. If you need to reschedule, same deposit can be used one more time.
*If you need to reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a new deposit is required.
Service Retainers & PAYMENT:
Service Retainers are non refundable or transferable.
Payments accepted are major credit cards/cash and clients are responsible for paying processing fees. All Services Rendered are FINAL SALE & no refunds or credits will be issued.
Last minute cancellations and No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the minimum service fee.
